You will find here the illustrations concerning my second project:  Ovid's Metamorphoses. As the name suggests, this work was written by Ovid during the 1st century AD.

 

This is a collection of poems that includes 15 books (nearly 12,000 verses!). These focus on all the metamorphoses of Greco-Roman mythological stories.
I will not pretend to be able to illustrate so many stories, so I will choose my favorites in order to create a book as qualitative as we were able to do with Les Pérégrinations Fantastiques de Sir Pebbleton.
